Article 2 – Definitions
• Customer: Any natural or legal person placing an order on the FRIXY website.
• Seller: CF INNOV, a French manufacturer of water-soluble detergents.
• Products: All items available for sale on the website www.frixy.fr.
Article 3 – Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded between FRIXY (CF INNOV) and its customers via the website, without restriction or reservation.
Article 4 – Products and Availability
Products are presented and described with the utmost precision. Their availability is guaranteed within the limits of stocks displayed online.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery costs are clearly indicated before order confirmation.
Prices take into account the transparency obligations imposed by the Egalim 2 law.
Article 6 – Orders
Orders are placed exclusively via the website www.frixy.fr. Confirmation of these terms and conditions implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. An order confirmation is sent by email.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment is made by credit card or other means offered on the website. Invoices are issued in euros and transmitted electronically.
Article 8 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are specified when ordering. If the delivery time exceeds 30 days, the customer may request a refund.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
9.1 Conditions of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal is simple. Simply notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). This notification of withdrawal must be expressed (and therefore sent) before the expiry of the 14-day period following receipt. You are then required to return the product(s) from the cancelled order at your own expense without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days of communicating your decision to cancel.
The return may be made either in person to our GIVET establishment or by returning them to SAS CF >INNOV – PACOG, Cellule 2, Route De Philippeville, 08600 GIVET.
9.2 Effects of Cancellation
Upon receipt of the product(s) from which you have canceled and after verification, we will refund the corresponding payment, including standard delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing an expedited delivery method) without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision or upon receipt of the goods. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.
Article 10 – Legal Guarantees
Legal Warranty Against Hidden Defects
CF INNOV, a manufacturer of water-soluble detergent products in sheet format, guarantees its products against any hidden defects that may affect their use, in accordance with Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code.
This warranty applies provided that the customer provides proof of the hidden defect and takes action within two (2) years of discovering the defect (Article 1648 of the French Civil Code).
This warranty exclusively covers abnormal manufacturing defects that render the product unfit for its intended use or significantly reduce its performance. This warranty does not cover:
• defects resulting from improper storage or misuse of the product by the customer (exposure to humidity, excessive heat, etc.);
• cosmetic defects that do not affect the product's effectiveness;
• the customer's subjective dissatisfaction regarding the odor, texture, or any other element unrelated to a technical defect in the product.
In the event of a problem with a product, the customer is invited to contact CF INNOV customer service via info@frixy.fr or via the contact form available on the website www.frixy.fr, attaching proof of purchase and any useful information to identify the item in question and the defect observed.
Article 11 – Protection of Personal Data
CF INNOV is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. The data collected is used to manage orders and improve the customer experience.

Article 13 – Dispute Resolution: Mediation
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent court will be the one for the location of CF INNOV's registered office.
13.1 – Consumer Mediation Service
In accordance with Articles L611-1 to L641-1 and R612-1 to R616-2 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may contact a mediator if they do not obtain a direct resolution to a written complaint addressed to CF INNOV.
